All-apparatus private sessions, Reformer duet and small group classes are taught daily, in our beautiful studio, fully-equipped by Balanced Body and designed for an optimal Pilates experience.
Group classes are curated to address women’s needs and preferences during different stages of life, while private and duet sessions will be tailored to your specific needs and wellness goals, all taught by our team of caring, certified and experienced instructors specialising in movement for women’s health.

Group Class Schedule
As women, our bodies undergo hormonal-led transformations at different times in our lives, while the roles that we play also change across time, all of which can effect us in a variety of ways.
That’s why the HER class schedule has been carefully curated to deliver a diverse range of sessions suitable for all levels, interests and life phases. Group classes such as ‘PMS Pilates’ and ‘Movement For Menopause’ are just two of the unique options we offer. Whether you're a beginner just venturing into the world of fitness or are seeking a new movement challenge, our schedule has something for everyone.
