  • HER Wellness Club is Singapore’s first members-only health and wellness space dedicated to supporting holistic well-being for women. Women have specific and unique physiological and psychological needs in a world that still often follows a male-centric focus for fitness, nutrition and mindsets. Our club integrates Pilates, nutrition and mindfulness as three key pillars to foster physical, mental, and emotional wellness for Healthy, Empowered, Resilient women at every age and phase of life.

  • Our club is located at 123 Penang Rd, #07-13 Regency House (Office Tower), Singapore 238465. The nearest drop-off point is at Adina Serviced Apartments Singapore Orchard. The nearest carpark is located within. The nearest MRT stations are Dhoby Ghaut MRT Station and Somerset MRT Station.

  • Yes, HER Wellness Club is a members-only facility. However, we occasionally host public events and workshops. Follow us on social media for updates on these events.

Membership

  • As a HER Wellness Club member, you gain EXCLUSIVE access to private training sessions, allied health services, fitness classes, meditation sessions, personalised coaching, and a supportive community.

    Members also enjoy exclusive perks refreshments before/after your session as well as the use of the co-working space so you can get that meeting out before your me time!

  • Yes, members can bring a guest for a limited time. Bring your sister, mother or bestie along for a nutritious meal, a mindfulness group class or Pilates group class. Drop in rate applies

  • Children are welcome at HER Wellness Club, as long as they can occupy themselves. We want to ensure a pleasant and focused environment for all our members. Feel free to inquire about any designated areas or activities suitable for your child during your visit. We look forward to providing a positive experience for your family at HER Wellness Club!

  • Membership renewal details can be found in your member portal. If you need assistance, our front desk staff will be happy to help during your visit.

  • We totally get that life can be unpredictable, and you might find yourself jet-setting or dealing with unexpected situations that impact your regular routine. You have the flexibility to hit the pause button on your membership under certain conditions:

    Duration: A minimum of 2 weeks.

    Frequency: Members are allowed to pause their membership a maximum of twice a year.

    Medical Reasons: In the case of medical reasons, members can suspend their membership until they are cleared by a doctor to return.

    Should you have additional questions or require further clarification regarding pausing your membership, please don't hesitate to contact our support team.

  • Absolutely! We understand that life's schedule can be unpredictable. With our flexible approach, you can sign up and choose to defer your start date. You have the option to pay first and commence your membership later, ensuring that your wellness journey aligns perfectly with your timeline and preferences. Wellness Services

  • We provide private training sessions, allied health services (osteopathy and physiotherapy), Pilates classes, meditation sessions, and personalized life and career coaching. Our on-site chef, barista, and nutritionist enhance the overall wellness experience.

  • Yes, members can conveniently book wellness services through our online booking system which is also accessible via our mobile app.

  • Absolutely! We have a co-working space and foster a positive environment for members to connect, collaborate, and support one another.
