We also offer personalised one-on-one sessions dedicated to specific needs such as cardiovascular health, flexibility and mobility, specific strength goals, physical rehabilitation, sport-specific training, pre/postnatal support and more.
Whether you're new to Pilates or returning after a break, this class provides a welcoming space where our instructors are dedicated to helping you feel confident and comfortable with each exercise, making adjustments as needed to accommodate your individual needs and abilities.
