Our Pilates class schedule has been curated to deliver sessions for all levels, interests and life phases. Group classes such as ‘Blues Begone Reformer’ and ‘Pre-natal Pilates’ are just a few of the unique group classes we offer. We have classes to suit the Pilates beginner, those who are experienced in the practice, women seeking a new movement challenge, and everyone in between.
Mindfulness & Meditation
Whether you’re new to inner connection or adept at meditation, join our group classes to be guided by our certified coach and explore your own mindfulness. Each week the sessions take a different focus such as stress reduction, mindfulness techniques, work/life balance and emotional resilience.
